Smart plug adjustable by the second?

Anyone know of one? I don't need anything compatible with Alexa other home automation system. i just need an app so I can set it turn on for xx minutes and xx seconds. I have a brs 1ml minute doser I want to set up to dose AFR.
Following.

I am about to do the exact same thing with a BRS doser. I thought about using a digital timer though.

Check amazon - there will be some chineese smart plugs in usa for sure, plenty in eu as well.
I haven't been able to find a smart plug or timer that states it can be adjusted by the second
Shelly smart plug
Looking at the ones not out of stock I don't see any mention being able to adjust by the second, unless I'm overlooking it.

I think you’ll be hard pressed to find one that can be programmed to the second without connecting it to something like home assistant. Do you really need seconds? Can you just adjust the timing to compensate and land on a minute. For example, only running for one minute, wait one hour, run another minute. I think you’ll find that there’s a bit of trial and error in dialing it in regardless.

If you want to get fancy, Galcon sells 24V DC irrigation controllers which are programmable by the second, and would switch relay(s) in this case…

Edit. The Wi-Fi video in the link does state seconds! So maybe you’re in luck….

I have that nearpow timer but it will not allow a single on time to be set in seconds, only a repeat timer that I can see.

Way too fancy lol. I'm just trying to set a single timer to run 5min and 15sec once a day.
I use a digital programmable timer that goes down to seconds, putting a doser on a smart strip gives me the heebie-jeebies :)

That's looks like it may work.
Ive used kasa power strips for years and never had an issue dialing in brs 1:1 dosers using only minutes.
I know many love them but I've had two kasa strips fail and lost power to outlets so I stopped using them. I need seconds anyway to get the exact dose of AFR. 5 minutes is 1ml to little and 6 minutes is 1.5 ml too much.

PS I know I should buy a doser but I just dumped a bunch of $ into a versa 4 pack and set up an AWC and 2 part dosing system on my 330 so I'm trying to budget this project and already have the brs doser.
I should have kept the two kamoer x1 and f1 along with the f4 I sold a while back because they were collecting dust. I should have dusted them off and put them back on the shelf.

I had edited my post and included the link to the avast plank recd Shelly wifi timer. It’s at the bottom of the post and does do seconds

Probably already know this but you really don't need that much control to dose AFR (assuming you mean all for reef). In fact you can do it in one shot or over a couple minutes. I dose 95 ml over an hour.

Originally I was dosing it over the course of 6 hours but mentioned it one time in a thread Tropic Marin was active in and they said not to. I changed after that and didn't see any difference if truth be told.

I've been manually dosing with no problems I'm just trying to reduce my morning responsibilities and reduce trips up and down the basement stairs. I have it on a 6 minute cycle now which is a little more than needed but probably not enough to matter. I'm probably overthinking it.

Mines been in use for 4 years without a problem so far. AFR as well. Also useful for NP Balance and Plus NP since they are used in such minute quantities for nano tanks.
