Snail eggs?

I have a few trochus snails in this tank and these specs have been multiplying on the glass. Do these look like baby snails?

It is hard for me to be definitive from the image. When you look closely does it look like a small sac of eggs, a spiral, a flat white dot, or something else?

@vetteguy - thoughts?

While the objects multiplied, I couldn't see anything resembling a snail.
