A few months ago I had a cerith snail lay eggs for a few weeks in a row. I pulled the eggs out as I could and somehow still ended up with a ton of babies. Id say at least 1000 to be honest. When i do a water change my goal is to pick out at least 50. Is there anything I can do to get these out? My sand and rocks are covered in baby snails. Thank you!!

Try a snail trap to maximize the amount you remove each time.
