Saw this crawling against my back wall size of a quarter. When I first saw it I was like why is my chalice on the wall

i never bought one so i guess i will put it back in the tank. Not sure where i got it as my live rock was acid washed base rock and all my corals were 1" frags. I guess he has been eating steroids to get that fast if it was a hitch hiker
