Yea... I've noticed. But having a couple of open top nanos around has gotten me in the habit of topping off every morning. I add water to all the tanks while my coffee brews. :D

To be 1000% honest buy a auto top off because it pours the water when it needs it every morning you’re doing that would drop the salinity mess around with the pH and if you have corals they will go as much

Doesn’t cost much and it’s great investment

And it will also help make sure that your skimmer is skimming properly

I know I should. But I have two problems,,,, space and no RO unit. We’re on well water and it’s pretty clean (hubby is chemist at chemical plant and has tested it). If I’m gonna go to all the trouble of ATO then I would want an RO unit. Money.... course I could buy RO from LFS. I’ve been thinking abt it.
