I have had problems with them in the last week but it could just be one incident.

A few friends of mine ended up getting burned from them too. They ended up having to file a claim with their credit card company. Good luck.

they sent me the wrong T5 fixture. I ordered the quad T5s for my reef tank and got the plant one.

i made 3-4 orders from them. and got what I ordered. maybe just some mistake. but their customer service is pretty bad... bought it for the price tho..

I have ordered from them in the past and they were a little slow shipping the fixture but it arrived in good condition and have had no problems with them. They are CHEAP fixtures though and the bulbs suck. I replaced the bulbs with ATI bulbs and use them for actinic supplementation.

Thanks for infor...I was thinking of order from them

I have a 716 watt metal halide fixture over my tank for them and I love it other than I can't use there new bulbs on it. do wish i got the one with the t5 instead of pc bulbs though . thanks for the info.

Spend your money on a good fixture I bought one of their fixtures when I first started out within 6 months fan went out and eventually all the ballast went out. Save your money a get a quality fixture, lighting is one area you don't want to skimp on and go the cheap route

I have had my fixture for 41/2 years and have not had a problem with it or the ballast. I think the products are good but needs new staff. I can afford to run the metal halides and keep it cool in the summer.

Last time i ordered 4 years ago, the fixture took three weeks to get, than it had the wrong bulbs in it. also i do not beleive their products are, "ul listed". Just my .02

I got one 4 yrs ago and in 6 months the ballest had to be replaced and one fan went out.
I tried to call for replacement parts and til this day they never responded. I went to marinedepot instead
the unit us still up and running. A few headaches but save a few bucks. Next time I'm going to do it right
bc I'm getting to old for headaches.

Lets just say you get what you pay for buy a $60 fixture usually marked at $200 its going to be a piece of junk.

my package from AquaTraders.com came in yesterday.

I havn't gotten a chance to test any of the lights, but it was all packaged very well and nothing came in broken.

I will be pulling my lighting fixture down today and loading it up with the new bulbs.

at this point, I had forgotten I was getting aquarium lighting, and thought I had won a "Major Award" (maybe a bowling alley or a Leg Lamp)
