Tough call. What is this for? If you're going to need access to it, I'd be sure it is within arm's reach.

Will you need access to it for operating fusion at all? I'd probably still keep it where you can reach it (I know mine loses connection to fusion at times and needs reconnecting). So I'd go with either option 2 or 3.

If it's just for viewing the numbers (you won't be operating fusion buttons from it), then probably option 2 (behind the light).
