If in doubt, water change and airstones are the best line of damage control. No more than 40% of water.
ok i did a small 10% water change plus i added the air stone because i read about how much oxygen the bacteria can take up but thanks for the advice

Is your water clear? I'd do water changes daily until it is.

yea i did that yea it dosent smell bad anymore also it looks a lot clear and everything looks happy but my anemone who decided to move a few days ago to a place where he can’t fully open up and here’s a picture of the tank now
