So, even though I knew better, I allowed the girlfriend to talk me into putting Xenia into my 65.

I did this in the past, and already knew what was going to happen (( same reason I dislike mushrooms ))....

This is from 11 months ago,

And now from the other day (( mind you, I keep the right side's side glass free of them, and part of the left side's side near the MP10 ))

Side,

And for the heck of it, a close up of my golden lawnmower blenny,

I think it is beautiful! Too bad it takes over like that. Looks cool though.

I used to keep my Xenia on the glass on the far corner of ky tank. Kept it easy to propagate and looked nice flowing. I dragged pieces every other week!

Looks awesome, probably nice low maintenance too. I love seeing aquariums that actually look like a piece of nature.

I think it at least looks cool, and you got a couple bucks worth of frags there. Is that the pulsing kind? If not do you have the name of the type?

I pull Xenia out like its part of nutrient export. It grows faster than the cheato i have in my fuge. If no one tells me they want any, I just flush them now.Whenever hey get on other corals or if I can't pull all of it off the rock, I'll treat the trouble areas with peroxide or do a 50/50 peroxide dip.

Yeah they are really cool when you get the pom poms... that looks like a dedicated tank to xenia! Do you have a main display?
