I made a new batch of all, I think last Thursday, I didn't realise it hadn't fully dissolved, my alk went from 7.3 dkh to 10 dkh when I tested it yesterday.

Since yesterday I've been placing it in hot water and then shaking vigorously. Still it's not fully dissolved, I didn't have any issues last time, though I think I added only half the powder to water, then mixed, then a bit more and so on. This time I put all the powder in at once.

Will this fully dissolve or should I throw it out? It's AR Grade.

Now looks better than earlier, what's the foam on the surface?

Looks like I buggered up the recipe, I added 475 grams to 3.5 litres of rodi, which would have made 1 us gallon. It should have been 375 grams, so according to my calculations I needed to add a further 933 ml of water, which I've just done.

Will see in a couple of hours the outcome.

In the clear, I've cut my dosing by half for the alkalinity, probably take a couple of months to get back in check.

I have that problem but not all the time. Here is what I use to mix it up which may well be wrong

Cooking Temp: 300f - 148c
Water Volume: Divide 3.78541 litres (1 US gallon) by 1.892 litres = 2 litres
Soda Ash: 313.95 grams in 2 litres of water

I think there's an error, your calculation seems to be for sodium bicarbonate. The correct value by weight i believe is 375 grams to 3.5 litres of rodi will equal 1 us gallon, @Randy Holmes-Farley

Worst part is everything was in equilibrium alk, calc and magnesium dosing should/would have been equal.
