So my calcium has risen to 480 ppm from dosing limewater. Id like to bring it down.

So i want to dose baking soda in water. Ive got a 3 liter container. How much baking soda should i add to it? Also my doser can dose 1- 50 ml per day up to 24 times a day. How much would a 1 ml dose do?

I assume you mean that you intend to dose only alkalinity, and just let the calcium level drop, yes? If so, then just use Randy's recipe #2, but just the alkalinity part. Since Randy's recipe is based on a gallon, which is about 3.8 liters, then multiply the amount of baking soda in Randy's recipe by 3/3.8 to adjust for your container size. Read Randy's article for answers to any other questions you might have.

I honestly would just do a pwc, say a 10% pwc of 450 ppm sw. should bring you closer to something around ~467.
And then dilute your limewater you are dosing with more sw.
Edit fw if dosing through ato.
How much to dilute, would be based on your actual daily Ca usage.

If your goal is just to lower calcium anyway.
