Took a trip to a couple of my lfs. One was to bring in a couple fish for someone and I walked out with a male mandarin for my female that was already In the tank. Have yet to get a pic of him or them together. The other store I went to I had a store credit so I bought q few api test kits and ended up buying a bonded pair of perc Picassos. One has a cool marking on his gill flap that I thought was cool. Pics to follow once I get them acclimated to qt water

How cool! Mandarins are my favorite but I can never keep enough pods to feed one let alone two. I crashed my first tank by overfeeding fish eggs to try and feed my mandarin.

I've been fortunate that my tank has had an over abundance of pods. My sump/fuge is cracking with them and I recently found that my female eats the fry of my pair of YWG when they hatch because I saw her one day before they hatched and she had a healthy looking belly but after I saw they hatched i saw her and her belly was massive so that must be what she did. I would like to raise the watchman goby fry but it's too time consuming and expensive so I just let them do there thing and let whatever happens to the eggs happen. So far they breed every month. Oh and to add to the mandarins my female eats frozen whenever I feed so she's not lacking in the food department and hopefully this new male learns to eat frozen too
