Something amiss in my Apex Programming

I have the following lines set up for a virtual outlet:

Set OFF
If Time 17:30 to 11:00 Then ON
OSC 000:00/055:00/005:00 Then ON

The on/off Oscillation should only happen between 17:30 and 11:00 the following day, but it seems to run even outside of those times.

Please advise.

Thank you! We were able to get it working. We ended up settling on:

OSC 000:00/055:00/005:00 Then ON
If Time 11:00 to 19:00 Then OFF
