It has a white creature of four legs I believe living inside it. Idk what it is. It seemed to have a round body with with four white tentacles. It has a whole in side my Coral.

Coral is pretty much dead. I'd pull it and dip it to get the critter out for an ID.
The top part of the Duncan coral still comes out and looks healthy so I was hoping it might make it through it! What dip do you think I should get I'm new to the hobby so I'm still learning .

Lots of options at this point. I'd probably just dip the stem end in H202 and leave the head out if it's still alive. But coral pest dips or hypersalinity would be ok too. Or just dig the critter out with a tweezers or something.
