Something is eating my Euphyllia...

I noticed today a few holes in the base of my Euphyllia and a bristleworm appears to have taken up residence inside of it... should i be worried? is it possible that the bristleworm is doing the damage?

Doubt very much that a bristle worm would cause the hole - it just happened upon it.

It's not the bristleworm, what fish do you have?
