something weird is happening

so about a couple of weeks ago my rock nem went on a move for a couple days until it went under a rock out of light and its been there for about a week prior to that the nems been there about 2 monthish and now i noticed today my bta's foot inst completely grounded and appears to be moving as well and its been in the same spot for like 8 months i dont know why they started to move and its puzzling me and i want to say around Monday one of my acans hasn't been extended like it always is and ive had another torch coral head just one head out of three hasn't been extended either which i thought was because i had a frogspawn close to it and i thought maybe it was stinging it but they are all euphyllia right or am i wrong there? Oh and now today one of my acros is starting to spew its insides it did tip over and i did pick it back up and it didnt land on any other coral im just bamboosled by whats going on its been fine other then that the only *changes* ive done is i turned up the temp of the tank and ive took the temp with three different therometers 2 digital and the mercy glass one that sits in the tank the digital 1 is reading 80 degrees and that one i dont trust cause its kinda broken doesn't wanna stay on* ive washed it to many times for it to work now lol and digital 2 is reading steady at 78 degress doesn't move and the third one the glass one is reading at 80 degrees as well and that one sits right next to my overflow all the time so idk if that plays a part in the temp. One more thing is that last saturday morning early sat morning we had a power outage for about 3 hrs that i didnt know about and one of my chromes did go missing and i cant find anywhere in the tank or carpet surfing.

ok so parameters measure as

Salinity 1.024~1.025 - refactometer
no2 - 0
no3 - 0
ph is 8
phosphates - 0
ammonia - 0
those are api test kits
i havent checked alk calc and mag

Also i did do a water change on tuesday i do 20% every week 2 weeks at max.

Oops..............MAG at 1800.
Do you keep up a log of weekly testing?
If mag just jumped like that it can explain your set back.
Now you don't do you corals a favor either with non detectable Po4 and No3.
Try to get a decent test kit reading on that.

When you mix your new salt mix for how long you let it mix before you do a water change.

No I don't keep a weekly log
I don't have enough in my tank to where I contently check numbers cause I'm not at that chasing numbers part yet Yeah I know I gotta get a better test kit
Also I do have a older bag of carbon/Gfo in my sump that's a few months old and a newer bag from a couple weeks ago I'll be taking the older bag out as of now
And also my lfs does there salt but I usually have it sitting for a couple days before I do use it

I can retest mag just to double check it

Soooo retested and before I broke my vial .-. My mag was at 1320 way off from 1800 ...lol

IMO, we have a series of things going on.
Parameters might be all over the place just looking at the mag level and down again.
Pretty sure if you remove all GFO and carbon new and old you will do a lot better.
What about your salt mix as ask earlier?
It will be good to test your new salt mix too as it might be just a simple thing.
You must understand for what you experience on the corals could be just a simple water parameter fix.
That said I would test the heck out of my water to find the culprit.
Having decent test kits will only be your best friend.

It's always a good idea to look at the basics. Make sure that your carbon filters on the RO/DI unit are not depleted. Many people make the mistake of thinking that if the TDS meter reads low that everything is good. That can be a train wreck waiting to happen.
