Something wrong with my fishes eye

Can someone help looked at my wreck fishes eye just now and it looks strange he’s been hiding inside a rock for a week with a red fire shrimp come out yesterday and he was like this

Is the fish's other eye fine?
Is it still eating?

If "yes", then this is likely some mechanical damage to the eye.
If "no" to either question, then something else is going on - if you can post a video, something may jump out at me.
