Really like how this guy is shaping up. Has come a long way since I stumbled across it at the LFS

Would love to see some more

just got one a week or two ago, such a cool green. one of my first more expensive corals in the hobby ($50.. not trying to get too crazy)

and the sweepers when they're out are no joke lol.

i think my frag rack is in a too high flow area, do you guys think they prefer low flow or something more indirect at least?

I got a frag from Boom Corals ,, about the same size as everyone else's frag in this post ,, it came in kinda pale looking ,, I guess from fraging ,, I was a bit worried about the color as I have a friend that has a major colony of this coral, I know what it should look like ,, it sit there for months, not really doing anything, didn't really see any polyps coming out ,, just sitting there, but not dieing ,, that's always good :)

I feed it once a week with some Reef Frenzy ,, color started to get a bit better ,, started seeing a few polyps coming out ,, color kept getting better ,, it started to grow :) more polyps coming out ,, grew a new eye on it :) it really hasn't grown any new structure to the body of the coral ,, but what it does have is 6 or 7 times bigger than what is was when I got it in ,, I am expecting it to start growing more body structure now as it seems really happy ,, especially after I feed it :)

My friend that has a large colony ,, oh wow ,, awesome piece ,, my eyes always go to this coral when I see his tank and this is a guy that has a tank full of nice looking corals :) I never asked him to frag me a piece lol I knew better ,, he would frag just about anything in his tank if I were to ask ,, this is one that you really don't frag though ,, go buy your own frag somewhere else ,, don't mess with cutting the colony till you just have to because of size ,, kinda like my Raja Rampage ,, I am not fraging this coral till it really has some size to it ,, and I wouldn't miss the frag I cut off of it lol

Have another friend that has the same coral that is called a 4 color Pectinia ,, it has red in it ,, I know who sells it and need to make this happen, getting a frag into my tank ,,
