Spaghetti worm or something else?

I was fighting what looked like cyano for a while. I decreased light and feeding and they went away. I slowly increased lighting for about a week ans this came out of no where today. Do I need to be worried about this? It is starting to agitate corals.

Agree with @ISpeakForTheSeas. Are they feathery in appearance? I doubt they're spaghetti worms as they have thicker, white arms that usually stay close to the rockwork, could also just be strands of coral mucus or vermited webs.

Pest algae of some variety - possibly dinos, but I'm not sure. Nuisance algae is a bit out of my wheelhouse at the moment. I'd try posting in the forum below:
