One of my frogspawn corals with two heads has a weird spiderweb looking thing draped off of the stem of it. Should I be concerned? If so what do i do?

Vermatid snails. The live in a tube (careful, that tube is sharp and will cut you really bad) and cast out 'webs' to catch detritus, 'reeling' the webs in to eat. They aren't exactly harmful but can become an irritant to some corals.
