Sponge Filter is growing things

What the heck is this? I just got some new coral and now I’m afraid to put it in the tank

2nd picture looks like pineapple sponges, if I'm looking at the right stuff.
Common,,, not problematic in my opinion.

You’ll get bacteria, spinoid worms and pineapple sponges which feed on algae
Very normal and you can comb these substances off while they are harmless
