spots on torch

Hello - I noticed a couple spots on the tentacles of my torch. They look like a freckle of sorts. Doesn't seem like BJD. Any thoughts?

I did use Flatworm Exit and these guys were scurrying. I have seen 1 worm still present. Need to redose
