I'm shortly getting a 75 gal non drilled, and we are not drilling. Could we do a spray bar? Good idea or bad idea?

Yes, i’m Guessing you are just asking about doing a closed loop spray bar for circulation/turnover? Also guessing you just don’t want the look of power heads in the tank?

Are you talking about plumbing your return line as a over the top of the tank spray bar?
It's done alot. I did that on a tank several years ago.

Did one in a 55 gallon I had years ago, works great for surface agitation just remember to drill some holes angled downwards so you can give your corals some flow too.

So here is a close example of what I had. My bar was mounted on the left side of my tank and my overlfow was on the right side. Red dots show how I had my holes drilled and I had a hole drilled on the left cap to make sure there wasn't a dead spot on that end of the bar and the rear of the bar. I mounted mine just below the waterline. Hope that helps.
