So with an upcoming 300g build as soon as the house build is done. I've planned my tank, sump, equipment and put a lot of thought into aquascaping. Planned coral and collected in one of my smaller tanks frags, thought goes to the fish list!

Basics of what I'm after:
- coral first, fish second. The primary focus is the coral so these fish must be reef, sps and clam friendly
- light to medium stocked, again coral focus not fish.
- sizing variety and colours variety, no real theme from the fish
- I want to stick my hands in the tank and not be harassed and bitten relentlessly. Been there done that and have scars from an angry eel.

What I'm currently thinking:
Fairy wrasse x2
Leopard wrasse x 2
Clown x2
Pyramid butterfly x2
Green mandarin
Lyretail anthia x 4
Flame hawk fish
Powder blue tang
Purple tang
Kole tang

2 x maxima clam
2 x crocea clam
Coral banded shrimp
Skunk cleaner shrimp x 4
Sea cucumber
10 x turbos
10 x nassarius
10 x cerith
5 x conch
5 x hermit crab
Couple starfish

Thoughts and feedback appreciated!

If you don't ever want to be bitten, it may be a good idea to reconsider the clowns :)

True, I think more so along the lines of needed stitches after having my hands in the tank! I feel your standard occy clowns are probably the best for not having this damsel behavior so I think I'll be going with them. I have a very aggressive black and white occy clown in another tank which makes maintenance difficult.
