I could be wrong, but that might be the piece I sent him in the past. I lost it unfortunately a year ago. I need to get that one again. Beautiuful green to it with those deep red polyps.
Definitely the nicest Strawberry SC strain I have seen in the hobby. Will make sure you are reunited with that gem, no worries.

Yes, it is! That's awesome. My tank should be up and running in a month or so. I will talk to Bob and see if he can send me a piece and a couple of others I sent him. It is nice to bank corals with friends.

I still need to get some pieces from you. Probably closer to summer.

Insane top down under heavy blues. Red, Orange and Yellow polyps. Blows all my other tenuis out of the water...

Picked this up earlier today. Any idea on an ID? It was just listed on local forums as “unknown acro”.
It looks like an Acropora austera to me, but it’s hard to say at this point. As the colony grows, the species should be more apparent. Austera can grow into different forms. It’s mostly arborescent (like a tree) but it can table out with a good amount of flow on it.
