Hey guys I'm still pretty new at this reef tank stuff, but with decent water parameters about how long will a 1" frag of ice-fire enchinata become a decent sized colony so that it can be fragged? Just some estimates and opinions.

Thanks,

Corey

There are so many variables to consider, it would be almost impossible to say. 6 months to a year maybe if things go well?

I'd say a year for a small colony, but growth is exponential and will increase the larger it gets.

I buy small frags to get nice pieces for cheap and a 1/2 " frag of acro i've had in my tank for 9 months and it's not even what I'd consider a sm colony yet although I did have a few issues
