Sps questions

Ok im new to sps how can you tell if there the start of new growth on sps beside the obviousness of it getting bigger
 
+1 also I like to take lots of pics and go back and compare them every couple weeks lol
 
Not the greatest pic, but it looks alive. How long have you had it? What's your lighting?

And I doubt it's growing. It hasn't encrusted the glue at the base. SPS encrust at the base and spread out then grow upwards...

Sorry those blues lights dont work well with my phone camera but4 days and its leds polyps are out and everything
 
Ok so then it prob from my leds?

What's prob from your LEDs? The white? If it's bleaching from the tips it could be a couple things. Burnt tips or STN. Is it spreading towards the center? Honestly you can't see much from the picture. Sorry to be so blunt.
 
Can you get a good pic of it? From that pic it looks good but it's very very hard to tell.
 
Wow that doesn't even look like the same coral haha! Anyway that looks healthy imo,Nothing to worry about, Looks happy to me
