Coral looks fine, maybe a lil beat up. Truth is, there isn't much you can do anyway except wait at this point, even if it wasn't doing well. You might consider removing new coral from plugs and mounting them to rubble in your system. Not only do plugs serve as a carrier fro many "pests" and new algaes, they always look like "Bad word" You may not notice the plug now but if you stay in the hobby you will notice them years from now and wish you had not left them in your system.

How about your chemistry parameters? Did you say you have only had it 4 days? Sometimes it can take months for a new frag to encrust the plug.

For me this coral doesn't encrust as much as it grows wide and out. It's a fairly fast grower. As long as you see those pretty green polyps you'll be fine. Just be patient and good luck.
