Acros in general prefer high light, high flow. However, don't point a powerhead straight at it. You should try to get a good amount of random flow

It'll be very hard to ID this small frag, beyond "Acropora." Also, it'll be more likely to get a positive (or at least close) Id, if you can also get a photo of it, with it's polyps retracted. Give it time to grow, show it's growth pattern, corallite structure, etc., and you'll probably have better luck, getting a more accurate ID.

If it's blue with white polyps, my guess would be the horrida from Wet thumb. I think Reef Farmers sells it now.

Extended polyps, often hide the structure of the corallite. Differences in corallite structure, is one of the primary ways of more successfully identifying corals. I'm glad you're certain of it's ID, since it's so easily confused with A. vaughani, which is so similar that you couldn't tell them apart, with polyps extended.

There have been several from Australia that have come in over the last few years. There are a couple of other species it could be other than horrida but it is likely horrida. Keep it high and it likes pretty good intermittent flow.
