oh yeah, that is some growth! Quick question for you, what kind of lighting and how intense are you running?
I had one that i was super excited for, should have been a beautiful yellow. It came in really nice, then went straight brown like that and didn't do much of anything for 6 months. Now it has based out a little and has turned back to that really pretty yellow :) The good things in SPS, take time!

Thanks so much for so many kind words I’m running some smatfarm lights and some just copied what the last guy had so I don’t 100% know. I do know at the middle of the tank par was like 220 if that helps.

Bro you know what’s so surprising out of all of my corals I don’t see any growth but this one and it’s the hardest lol

You will really start to feel really good when you can see new growth without having to compare before and after images. Took over two years for me but I'm finally there with several pieces.
lol I agree . What is your favorite coral?

You are welcome, you gotta take all the wins, no matter how small when you get going in SPS!
If you aren't maxed out and depending on where your hotspots/sps are, it might not hurt to check that and see if you could bump it up a bit slowly.

Picking a favorite in my SPS tank is tough but if I were forced I would probably pick this blue stage that I can't remember the name of. When I stocked the tank I just picked pieces I liked that weren't hundreds of dollars for a nub because it's trending and anything that lived and grew became a favorite lol.

It's hard for me to capture the actual blue that it looks to the eye.

Heck TBH really anything that lived and grew is a favorite. I'm a gardener not a collector.

Thank you . Do you think it’s okay if I move the coral to a more par spot?

Ya, i would, if that is where you want it. Watch it and see how it goes, if it starts looking better you know it is loving the extra light. If it starts looking pale, it might be too much, or you might need more N or P
