I have a 40 gallon breeder tank. I have a spot on my tank where I don't have any coral because it is directly in front of my mp10. I have it set on high on nutrient export mode. The rock in front of it is maybe 3-4 inches away from it. Can someone recommend an sps that could handled this much for?

. Acros can handle some direct flow but I would not put anything directly in front of the vortech pump (too strong, too laminar)- in time the coral will grow into the flow anyways, Move the vortech around the tank until you see the least amount of detritus buildup in the tank. Generally 3"-8" from the top of the rock structure works well. Also, remember that the flow is like a cone shape so covering it early on will just minimize its effectiveness.
