Stand weight opinion

Did you decide on the stand yet? It’s beautiful but I can’t say whether or not it’s structurally sound or safe. Possibly could be reinforced. I’ve seen others reinforce really cheap (cost and quality wise) ikea cabinets for smaller tanks.

I agree that stand could be reinforced. It actually not a bad way to do things instead of building the whole thing from scratch.

Ended up going with a Fluval M90 stand, was a little nervous about reinforcing something on my oewn.. LOL

Thanks I will look into starting one.. it's more of an Upgrade/build.. Upgrading my Nuvo 20.. It's actually on the same fluval stand but just fulvals M40 version

Upgrade build is as much a build as any other! I do love the stand you chose, have always liked the look of those.
