My wife and I are 35 and both watching them for the first time this week because our kids begged. (Kids are 3 & 4).

We didn’t know the order so started in episode order. Watched 1-3 now on 4

5, 2 & 3 I can live without. the rest I love. My kids were little when 1 came out so we got the tapes (yes VHS!!!) of the original 3 and rediscovered them with the first kid. Nothing this year but my oldest and I the past few years have made a holiday night of Burgerology followed by the newest theatre release.

I think introducing your kids to Star Wars is becoming a great American tradition

I love star wars. Watched all the movies. However the original trilogy, prequel triolgy, and rogue one are my favorites. Loved the clone wars tv show. Rebels is ok. But the new tv show is way to childish. My favourite book is definetly the trawn triology. I also watch many star wars YouTubers. (Metanerdz, star wars theory, generation tech....)
Sadly, things went down hill after Disney bought star wars. Episode 7 and solo were lackluster and episode 8....(don't get me started)

I love rogue one! I'm not sure how I feel about the current trilogy yet. I'll have to wait and see how they wrap it up.

I have seen all of them opening weekend except for Solo.

Yes, all the way back to New Hope. Saw it opening weekend at the I-44 drive-in theatre in Missouri.

The way I look at it. Not every Star Wars is my favorite, and some were somewhat of a let down. But a bad Star Wars movie is better than no Star Wars movie.

The original 3 are part of who I am. I have to say I really liked Rogue One a lot.

The Family Guy Trilogy is as good. A companion parody if you will.
