StarBoard Sumps ????

Hello everyone has anyone made a sump or sumps out of starboard? Im think about trying to make a sump out of it becuase its cheap and heavy duty. If you have please post some tips and picture.

The StarBoard that I've used....ca 1/2 inch thick....is too flexible to be used as the sides of a sump. I would think you would have to go 3/4 to 1 inch thick to get the rigidity.

How do you plan on it holding water? I didn't think there was a glue to bond it. I work with Starboard quit frequently. I think there are better choices in material, J

Well I havent look into the glue part just yet. I do know for sure you can plastic weld it. I just want to try out a new concept and see if it would pan out.
