I've had an asterina before, picked him off the rock and threw him into the trash. Well this is certainly a new one.

He came in on my ricordea rock from yesterday and this morning I watched one of the rics cup up and he crawled out from under it!
I believe it is a sand sifter but I know their track record. And I'm sure as you can see in the pictures this tank is new.. Only running since March. I would really like to keep him alive, is there ANYTHING I can do to feed him? If not I will try and rehome him to someone with a very big tank

To many species out there to really pinpoint if it's a coral eater or not. Some are grazers but normally they get removed when I see them, I don't like taking chances. Some are part of the clean up crew so some like to keep them.
