My starfish is melting slowly. I believe it is a bacterial infection on the tips! Will vibrance be helpful?

Whoa that star looks really cool. Unfortunately about 99.9% of starfish will not survive long term in our tanks. So there isn't much advice I can offer you

vibrant is not a medicine it is for helping with algea problems. Starfish usually die in tanks except for asternia

I wanted to type revive!!!
2 Little Fishes say thier (revive) will help with bacteria infection

Once starfish start melting they are a goner. You'd be wise to take it out of the tank before the entire thing turns into a pile of mush.
