Trying to do this SPS dominant tank thing.
Noticed phosphate and nitrates zeroed out (Hanna). Started dosing small amounts of bright well neo phos and neo nitro this week

Now, Phos 0.04 and nitrates still 0

I’m getting algae forming-diatoms (had none before) on the sand as a result.

Do I stop dosing and allow nutrients to zero again or do I keep going with the nitrates?

Well it could be but it was pristine all last week before I got the phos up.
