steel stand

Looking at upgrading to a 150xh Marineland rr tank, I want a steel stand to maximize my room I was looking at building a stand out of ez tube but don't know if it will support it?I'm in southern mn and don't know anyone local to build it.

Not sure on the EZ Tube - contact them and explain what you're doing, with rough weight already figured out.

I've hired a couple local car shops (muffler shop in particular) to weld up steel stands for me in that past and they came out awesome. This is very easy work for most people who know their way around a welder.

Build it out of 2 x 4's I don't think EZ Tube will support over 1000 pounds. There is another option I seen with aluminum T slot square tube.

Don't want a wood stand I hate mine currently want a metal one due to having more space. Gonna see if I can find someone around my area that can weld
