Steve’s LEDs help

I’ve had Steve’s LEDs for a couple months now and I love them. I had a hard time setting them up because I got the Wireless controller and I’m not a technology guy. Which leads me to my issue. I went to adjust my lights today and a message came up saying “error establishing a database connection”. Every time I log on I get that message. I’ve tried:

-unplugging everything and replugging
-Deleting app from my phone and reinstalling
-Creating a new device with new email
-Reset my router (other devices working normal)

as for now the lights are on but do not appear to be as bright. I can not get in to adjust them because I get blocked at that screen. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Update: Now lights are completely off. I tried to delete the app and reload it. When I logged in everything turned black in the tank and I received the same message as before. Waiting for Steve’s LEDs to return my call and email. Can anyone offer me help?
