Thanks, can't wait to see your tank mature. It's going to be sweet. Do you know what rock you will be using?

What bulbs did you get?
I went with 4 crystal blue, 2 pigment, 1 Blue EX and 1 Shallow for the initial setup (should give a slight blue hue to the tank). Not sure what the 2 extras will be other than Yorgos will be including at least 1 UV (so I can switch it out with the Blue EX if my setup above is too blue for my liking). Should be here next week.

My circulation solution!

That's a lot of flow! [emoji106] How will you position them in the tank?

After a very exciting weekend, my wife graduating college and partying Saturday night, I really needed to get some work done on the tank. So I decided that I would go ahead and get the MP40's hooked up and the controllers mounted in the stand where I wanted them. So after hearing about all the issues with the velcro failing and the controller falling off whatever it was mounted to, I figured I would go to Melev's reef and order is dual controller holder since I have 4 MP40's I needed 2 of them. I like Marc and his work and figured why not help a fellow reefer out. They look pretty good, nothing fancy but functional. I also bought some desk grommets from Lowes to help make the cable routing neat and tidy looking. I didn't realize that you have to take the controller apart so you can route the cable to the motor through the holders opening. I'm not sure if the older MP40's were like this. But, it was pretty easy and painless.

I ordered my starboard tonight from the cutting board company and that should be here sometime next week. I'm hoping my skimmer ships first part of next week, it's been on backorder since the 4th of July. And my GHL Doser 2 should ship out tomorrow hopefully! Keep my fingers crossed. This weekend I don't have much planned so the idea is to finish all my Apex stuff! We'll see how it goes. Keep checking back, won't be long and I'll be scaping!

I was able to get my Avast Marine Dosing pump installed that I will be using for my ATO pump. This thing is very quiet! Larger than I expected but it is quiet.

As promised, I got my Apex all wired up, I still need to connect the float switches and the probes, but I can't get that done till the sump is in it's final resting place. And I can't do that till I receive my skimmer and dosing pump. I had to extend my network so the apex could be connected to the internet. Apple products are so easy to work with!
