So I have a 75 gallon it’s dimensions are 49 l x19.5 w x22.25 h the stockings I’ve come up with is betta grouper shortfin lionfish snow flake eel blue throat triggerfish and convict tang if possible

Most of that is okay.

Betta grouper (marine betta/comet) is fine in a 75
Shortfin lion (fuzzy dwarf) is fine in a 75
Snowflake eel is fine
Blue throat trigger - They get a little big, I would plan on an 8" fish when fully grown. I would find something else.
Convict tang - The best tangs for 75s will be most in the Ctenochaetus genus, so kole/tomini/white tail etc.

If you switched the blue throat trigger to something like a coral beauty angel and the convict to a kole, I think you'd be fine.

Now, that would be a big load, so a big skimmer and water changes and possibly an algae scrubber would all be good things.
