I would actually try to put the wrasses, clowns, bangaii, and gramma in at the same time. If you have a fully cycled and healthy population of pods and such, this should not be too much for the 90g to handle.
Then, decide on when the angel should go in (not something I have due to my corals and clams being more important). The mandarin wait a long while.

BTW,
Flasher and Fairy wrasses need tight fitting lid to keep them from jumping out. They don't need a sand bed. Flasher wrasses are easy, they are not too aggressive and any combination will work IME. Fairy wrasses are a little harder. You must research on their temperaments. Not all Fairy wrasses and can get along together.Make sure you do research on fairy wrasses before you buy him.

Adding all at once should not be an issue if it is correctly cycled. If you are supporting a good pod population. I get the worry though. Up to you. Just what I would do. :)

Second @OrionN You just can’t keep one of those wrasses without a lid. They are the devil when it comes to fish that jump. Get the smaller ones that max out at 3-4 inches.

I completely understand their appeal and I do feel they’re some of the most beautiful fish one can get. However, what turns me off from them are their short average lifespans which don’t make the cut for me. Of course it’s your call, not everyone cares about lifespans. :) I’m just a bit more “paranoid” in this regard compared to some others.

Not saying you should get one of those really rare and expensive Fairy or Flasher Wrasses (IMO I wouldn’t and you shouldn’t either), they’re awesome aesthetically. However, paying up to hundreds of dollars for a fish that’ll live 4-6 years on average isn’t worth it for me. If I get a fish that expensive it absolutely needs to have a very good chance of making it 10 years or more, preferably 12-15 on average.

For the most part they’re peaceful fish.

No trying to hijack... But my list is almost identical. 90 mixed Reed (lps and softie / 25 gallon sump and fug). Already have 2 PJ cardinals, royal gramma, tail spot blennies, cleaner shrimp. Was looking at (in order)
1 more cleaner shrimp
2 wrasse (1 yellow coris and 1 flasher or fairy wrasse)
a goby (open for suggestions)
(maybe a fire fish... Depending on antheas / or chrome below)
a smaller tang (blue eye kole or reg kole)
a flame angel (hoping for a non coral eater... My old one was great for 4 years... Until he wasn't )
A mandarin (this would be12 to 18 months in depending on tank).
Question... Looking for movement. Can I add a trio of green chromis or a single (or more depending on species) of anthias?

I tend to think stocking order is waaaaay over rated. Some fish require a more mature tank and should be added later; a small number are hyper aggressive and either added last or not at all ..... otherwise I don’t think it matters all that much. I see nothing in the list in this thread from that latter category. Fish are really hard to find at the moment, so being able to find them may inform your introduction order more than anything else :cool:.

:) Quite a few hobbyists in China and Taiwan are more than happy to use a Regal Blue or a Yellow Tang to cycle a tank, or put one of them in as their first fish. And then when the tangs get stressed in a 50-gallon tank, we don’t hear from the hobbyists on what happens next.

For me I’m gonna stick in a nice OSFF and a pair of Clowns as my first fish. :) Tang will be the last.
