Stomatella?

I wanted to verify that this little hitchhiker is a stomatella before I toss it into my tank.

I was like 95% sure it was, but I haven't had a tank with stomatella in a decade. It's a snail with a hard hat... Not sure what else it would be.

I don't think these are stomatellas... Elephant Slug maybe? @Fish Styx what are you telling this guy?

Edit: likely a Fleshy Limpet.

It looks like stomatella to me. I saw a small cup shell. Its color can vary from full black to brown, white. Dominant in my tank is the ivory color one but can spot a darker one here and there. Some can reach almost an inch length.

Yeah, I had both pink and black.

@ScottF, I'm in agreement that it's a dark stomatella snail. I've got some darker ones like that in my tank.

@Utubereefer, I spy a cream color stomatella in the middle of the algae, and then I assume the large black ones around the edges are elephant slugs.
