Hello, have a pair of storms that bred. We took the eggs to hopefully hatch in a separate 10gal with airstone around 3 days after noticing.
Eggs are now about 2 weeks and still look the same.
Using all the phyto, pods, water changes, temp is at 81, salinity at 1.023, tank is blacked out with a small light.
Not sure if this is normal or what success stories/ failure stories we can use to learn from it and try again on the next batch!!

You're going to have plenty of times to practice.

I am by no means an expert but it might have to do with the fact you are keeping the eggs are almost in complete darkness might be an issue. They rely on a day/night schedule to hatch so I would try putting a better light on the same schedule as the DT and see if that helps for this and future batches.
