Setting Up a 20 Gallon tank and want to put a pair of Storm clown fish and 2 clown gobies. Will a mix of zoa's and hammer coral. Will this set up be ok for a 20 gallon? Hopefully the clownfish have eggs and I will try to hatch them. But if I wanted what else can I put in this tank?

IMO you're going to be at your max bioload with that group of fish for that size tank. Obviously you can add more corals etc so long as you're providing adequate swimming space and caves etc.
I'm probably just gonna do one clown goby and the tank is a 20 gallon fusion long

You can probably get one more fish in there then and be aware the clowns will probably be territorial.
Royal Gramma, Sixline Wrasse etc, probably viable options.

Should be fine for a pair of clowns, even with the clown gobie. I’d start with the gobie, let the tank mature for 5-6 months then add the clowns as a pair at the same time. Use live rock to help you get started.

Perfect my only issue is cycling but I'm just gonna have my LFS come set it up and start the cycle. Last time I tried it myself I rushed it nothing bad happened just want to do it the right way this time.

With the clowns in particular, I would add them last to your tank. Just to prevent potential aggression issues.

Clown fish are very territorial, and even more so when they have eggs that they are tending.

If you want to do a 20 gallon, I would just do clown fish. But I would go bigger if you want the configuration you e described.

Definitely will be doing that and probably just going to add one clown goby in my old tank the clowns left it alone and the goby is so small it just stayed in the cave until it was time to eat

I think the 6 line is a great idea for a small tank like this.
I'm scared of wrasse i heard they jump out of the tank and I'm gone out the house. most of the day would hate to come back to it out of the tank :(

If it's an IM fusion tank, it should come with a mesh lid, which will safely keep a 6-line in the tank without issue.

So all in the tank they'll be 2 Storm clown, Black or yellow clown goby, 2 bumble bee shrimp, a pom pom crab and some zoa's and Hammer coral

You could stick more corals and cuc in there and be perfectly ok. That's if you wanted to
