I have had my reef aquarium up for about 2 years now with water parameters remaining constant throughout. About 6 months ago I took my 3 Blue Mushrooms and propagated them. One had been cut at the base and the other two I split right down the middle. The mushroom cut at the base kept its all dull purple coloration with bright purple on its bumps. The old base that was left behind has grown dark purple, bright purple bumps and now a vibrant blue streaks coming from the middle. Both other mushrooms that were cut down the middle have this color variation of vibrant blue streaks.

Is this bleaching or is this some kind of color mutation?

Mushroom at the top left is the original color that all mushrooms had 2 years ago.

Many mushrooms both lose or gain color as they get larger. These are colones, so they should look very similar at similar sizes.
