Strange growth on Octospawn

Can anyone help me Id this it seems to move around with the flow. The lights been out for a while now that’s why the octospawn is so closed up but during the day it’s completely open and healthy. It’s actually doubled it’s since I got it last month

I wouldn't worry about it. Looks like a small sponge(pest) or the coral's own tissue.
Sometimes euphilia corals can get some stress and stringy fillaments can gather forming similar formations.
