Strange white crab

I found this little white crab under a rock not sure what kind of crab it is. Anyone have any ideas?

It looks like he likes to hang around this sponge (I think) and his hind legs are always up like that.

Look up pea crab there tiny and live in mussels, Oysters ,clams ect . Have a look at the pictures might be might not

Yeah, pea crab was my first thought as well. I wonder if this might be a species that would like to live in a sponge. Having a pair of legs pointed backwards might be handy if it is meant to live in tight quarters.

I don't see any pea crabs with those legs, my assumption is that they're for holding on to cover - a sponge, an anemone, etc. - as there are crabs that will carry them around on their backs and those would be well positioned for it.

Any idea where it came from?

EDIT: The ones I'm thinking of are called carrier crabs, but I don't see a color/size match at a glance.

Yeah, ive seen some carrier crabs that looked fairly close online just not white.
