Striped puffer feeding

I have this guy in a holding tank stuck on frozen krill. He loves them! Any thoughts on what to feed him dry? What would work in an autofeeder? Dried krill? Spits out pellets currently.

Dry krill will work, basically anything meaty the shell also helps with the teeth reduction. How long do you plan on leaving him solo for auto feeding? We have a valentini... longest we've left him is 3 days. We had some empty snails and a hermit shell but really that could be the last resort for food if needed. We sort of treat that as our backup plan.
