20 gallons. Setting up for a temporary QT. The stand is solid wood but I’m concerned about where the connections are. No straight shots from tank to floor. Would love some thoughts on if I’m about to make a huge mistake.

I think it looks sturdy enough. A 20 gallon with rocks and water will be about 200-250 lbs, so grab a buddy and sit on it to test it. I might think about putting a brace in the bottom center, but I don't know, it looks strong.

The way the legs are centered with th weight being mainly on the sides there will be bowing in the base. Just my opinion lol

Had a tv stand fashioned in a similar design. After a few years the top looked like a banana, curved down in the middle. I would brace the center for sure, but other than that looks fine.

Looks fine to me

Thanks y’all!
I’m going to use it but I put support under both ends and in the middle so it will be on a total of five legs.
